The industrial test has achieved good results. The new process and new reagent have good adaptability to recovery of ilmenite with particle size less than 38μm, and the overall recovery rate is more than 50%. The recovery rate of ilmenite with particle size less than 19μm is over 90%, and the recovery of ultra-fine ilmenite has achieved a major breakthrough.


In April, the mining company ultra-fine ilmenite high efficiency recovery demonstration line construction project of the first phase of the project commencement ceremony held in Xingmao Company. This marks that the industrialization of ultrafine ilmenite ore dressing process has entered the substantial stage and a new breakthrough in ultrafine ilmenite recovery technology has been achieved. Recycling will be completed and put into operation after the demonstration line each year more than 100000 tons of ultrafine grained titanium concentrate, the economic benefit of 150 million yuan, not only solve the ultrafine grained titanium iron ore industry recycling worldwide problem, promote the depth development of vanadium titanium magnetite resources in panxi region, but also to the nation and the world of ultrafine grained titanium iron ore efficient recycling industry play a good demonstration effect.
