One 5-ton vacuum consumable electric arc melting furnace purchased from German ALD company has produced more than 300 tons of titanium and titanium alloy ingot after three months of debugging. The huge factory is full of raw materials and ingots produced, 8,000 tons of press work, installation and production workers cross work, 5 tons, 15 tons of vacuum consumable arc melting furnace, for enterprises to quickly meet the design requirements provided conditions. Their production enables Panzhihua to have titanium ingot up to 1.04 meters, which can meet the requirements of titanium coil with a maximum width of more than 2 meters in China, making Panzhihua step into an important base of Titanium material manufacturing in China.

It is reported that under the guidance of panzhihua Titanium industry innovation center, 16 baoji private titanium enterprises have invested in Panzhihua in recent years, which has formed a mutual cooperation system from melting, rolling, rod and wire, pipe, composite material, processing and manufacturing, laying a solid foundation for the development of Panzhihua from raw materials to deep processing industry.
