At the meeting, "North China Titanium Valley Research Institute", "Special Fund for Titanium Industry Development", "North China Titanium Valley" and other projects were launched. Signing ceremonies were also held, and experts at the meeting made special speeches on the development of titanium industry and other topics respectively.

"At present, yucheng's new material industry has four industrial parks, namely Junti-titanium alloy, Guojing, Redstone Jiwei and Baoyuan cemented carbide, forming ten billion industrial clusters. In particular, the military titanium metal materials with 3.3 billion yuan investment, to seize the domestic emerging market, the introduction of a complete chain downstream, driving the 'North China Titanium Valley' rooted in Yucheng, to achieve product value 100 times expansion."

It is understood that Shandong Jun Titanium Metal Material Co., Ltd. is located in Chengtou Seven Zero New Materials Industrial Park, National High-tech Industrial Development Zone, Dezhou (Yucheng), mainly to research and development, production of new titanium alloy materials as the main business, with an annual capacity of 3000 tons of high-end Titanium Alloy Plate. The project of the company was selected as "Major Project of Shandong Province" and "Key Project of Dezhou City" in 2021, which is divided into two phases. The first phase of the project has been put into operation, with an annual output value of more than 600 million yuan. The second phase of the project will achieve an annual output value of 2.8 billion yuan.
